What Does Job 19:25 Mean?

25 For I know that my redeemer liveth, and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth:

What It Means

Job is declaring his confident hope that his living Savior is real and will one day appear on the earth to rescue him and make things right. Even while suffering deeply, he trusts that God is not dead or far away but will stand as his defender at the end. This truth matters because it gives steady courage for ordinary days of loss or uncertainty, reminding us we can keep trusting a God who is alive and will bring final justice and restoration.
