What Does Mark 12:30 Mean?
30 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.
What It Means
This verse is Jesus saying that the most important thing in life is to love God with everything you have, your feelings, your deepest self, your thoughts, and your energy. It means making God the center of who you are instead of letting other things take first place. When you live this way it brings real purpose to your days, helps you make better choices, and fills ordinary moments with meaning and peace.
