What Does Hebrews 13:6 Mean?
6 So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.
What It Means
This verse encourages us to trust that God is actively helping us, so we can speak and live without being controlled by fear of what other people might say or do. It points to a confident reliance on God's presence and care rather than on human approval or threats. In everyday life this means facing work stress, difficult relationships, or criticism with calm courage, knowing we are supported and free to choose kindness or honesty instead of shrinking back.
