I Am the Way, the Truth, and the Life
In the upper room, comforting his troubled disciples, Jesus answers Thomas' question about the way to the Father with one of the most exclusive claims in Scripture: 'I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.' He is not merely a guide to God but the only path, the embodiment of truth, and the source of life.
