What Does John 15:5 Mean?

5 I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.

What It Means

Jesus is saying He is the main vine and we are the branches attached to Him. When we stay close through simple trust, prayer, and following His lead, our lives naturally grow good results like kindness, patience, and real impact. This matters daily because it frees us from trying to handle everything alone and instead brings steady strength and peace right in the middle of work, family, and ordinary struggles.
