What Does Isaiah 26:3 Mean?

3 Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.

What It Means

God promises to surround with steady, complete peace anyone who keeps their thoughts fixed on Him, because they’re choosing to trust Him instead of their circumstances. It means your mind doesn’t have to spin with worry when it’s anchored in who God is and what He’s said. Practically, this looks like starting your day with a simple prayer or verse, then gently bringing your thoughts back to Him whenever anxiety tries to take over-giving you calm that actually lasts through traffic, deadlines, and hard news.
