What Does Romans 8:18 Mean?

18 For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.

What It Means

This verse tells us that the pain, stress, and troubles we face today are tiny compared to the amazing glory and joy God will one day reveal in us as His children. It means our current struggles are real but temporary, and they cannot even come close to the good future God has prepared. In everyday life this gives us steady hope, helping us keep showing up with patience and trust when things feel heavy, because we know something far better is coming.
