I hate myself and feel worthless
The voice telling you that you are worthless is lying about what God says and what God paid. You were made deliberately - 'I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made' (Psalm 139:14) - and valued at the highest price ever set: 'ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold... but with the precious blood of Christ' (1 Peter 1:18-19). Worth is declared by the buyer, and God gave his Son for you while you were at your worst, not your best (Romans 5:8).
Self-hatred often feels humble but is actually a false witness against someone God loves - you are agreeing with the accuser, not with God (Revelation 12:10). Practice replacing the verdicts: when the voice says 'worthless,' answer out loud with what is written (Psalm 139; Zephaniah 3:17 - 'he will rejoice over thee with joy... he will joy over thee with singing'). And because self-hatred can run deeper than verses alone reach - especially where abuse or depression is underneath - talking with a counselor is wise, not weak.
