Astrology, horoscopes, and zodiac signs

Scripture consistently warns against looking to the stars to guide or predict your life, since this belongs to God alone: 'let now the astrologers, the stargazers, the monthly prognosticators, stand up, and save thee from these things that shall come upon thee' (Isaiah 47:13) is written as a rebuke, not an endorsement. God, not the stars, holds the future: 'known unto God are all his works from the beginning of the world' (Acts 15:18), and 'my times are in thy hand' (Psalm 31:15). Rather than reading horoscopes for guidance, Scripture invites believers to seek God directly through prayer and his word (James 1:5; Psalm 119:105).
